The Serutabomac Shrine inThe Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdomis located behind Hyrule Castle, almost in the center of Hyrule. It is north of Lookout Landing and its coordinates are (-0179, 1170, 0280).
Players will need to first unlock the Lookout Landing Tower and receivedthe paragliderto easily travel to Hyrule Castle. It is also important for players toupgrade their staminaas well, or else have to cook stamina-increasing foods and eat in midair to reach the shrine.

The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom - Serutabomac Shrine Solution
The Serutabomac Shrine (The Way Up) consists of essentially three rooms, each blocked off by a giant wall with a small opening high off the ground. Players will have to make do with the materials lying around to get through each section, while the Ultrahand andAscend abilitiesare the only tools necessary to complete the shrine.
The first room has a passageway in the middle of the wall with two pegs sticking out underneath and a square slab on the floor. Players must use theUltrahand abilityto raise the slab high enough that it is resting across the two pegs as a flat surface. Then players will use Ascend under the raised slab to warp through it and be able to jump through the passageway.
The second room follows the same idea as the first, but only has one peg sticking from the wall. This room gives Link a square slab and a rectangular slab to use, so players would want to make an L-shaped structure using Ultrahand.
Players can then rotate the piece by holding theR buttonand using thedirectional buttonsto flip the L-piece upside down. Rest the upside down L-piece so it hangs on the peg, and then Ascend through the square piece to then jump through the opening.
The third room contains a treasure chest in the corner, but is sitting on a much higher ledge and there are a row of spikes in front of it on the ground level. The room contains three flat slabs with two square pieces and one rectangular piece.
Players can either connect all three pieces lengthwise to create a ramp to lean it against the ledge, or create a U-shaped piece connecting the two squares at both ends of the rectangular piece on a 90-degree angle. The latter would require players to place the bottom square on the spikes, then Ascend through the top square piece.
After grabbing the chest, the last open passageway in the wall has two pegs underneath it that are spread farther apart. Technically, players can simply take the ramp used for getting the treasure chest and lean it up against the wall to the opening. Another way to get up is the shape below.
Use the rectangular piece as the base, then attach the two square pieces as an upside down L-shape to it. Ultrahand the entire structure and raise it above the pegs so it rests as a flat surface. Finally, Ascend through both platforms to reach the opening and the end of theSerutabomac Shrine.
