Selecting the Sexual Orientation While Creating a Sim
Players can choose their Sim’s sexual orientationwhile creating them. In the ‘Create a Sim’ mode, players will find the ‘Customize Gender’ option denoted by ‘three dots’ under male and female icons at the top-left corner of the screen. Upon clicking this icon, players will be taken to a menu where they will be able to change the Sim’s sexual orientation.
Changing the Sexual Orientation of an Existing Sim
The first step in changing the sexual orientation of an existing Sim isentering the CAS mode. For this purpose, hold the ‘Ctrl+Shift+C’ buttons to bring up the cheat console. Now, type ‘testingcheats true’ to turn on the cheats. Upon entering this, players will see ‘cheats are enabled’ below the cheat box. Players will need to enter the following code to enter the CAS mode:

Next, players will need to press and hold the ‘Shift’ key and click the Sim whose sexual orientation they want to change. Upon selecting the Sim, some options will appear. Choose ‘Modify in CAS’ to enter the CAS mode.
In the CAS mode, players will see the same ‘Customize Gender’ option denoted by ‘three dots’ under gender icons. Simply click it and change the sexual orientation of the Sim. In addition to that, gamers can also change their Sims’ physical frame and clothing preferences in this menu.
