One ofTales from the Borderlands’two protagonists, Rhys Strongfork is a corporate man attempting to work his way up the ranks of Hyperion against his rivals. His transition into a more honest and trustworthy man is on par with anything else in thewiderBorderlandsuniverse.
His interactions with the other protagonist, the con artist Fiona, are always excellent as they begin to trust each other despite their different backgrounds. The performance of Troy Baker is particularly strong as players will find themselves rooting for Rhys quicker than they imagined.

Clementine takes up the role of protagonist intwo of fourThe Walking Deadgames. Players get to witness firsthand the transformation of Clementine from a scared little girl in season 1 to a strong protector by season 4.

Althoughdisliked by muchof the town, he has a strong sense of justice and often goes beyond the bounds of the law to make sure it is served. This principle makes Bibgy such a terrific protagonist to play as and get behind.
The theme of Lee’s story is one of second chances. Convicted and sentenced to decades in prison, he gets a second chance as thezombie apocalypse breaks outas soon as he is about to be sent to jail.
The second chance comes in the form of protecting Clementine and trying to build a better future for her. Every decision he makes is through the prism of helping Clementine and this is at the core of what makes him one of gaming’s great protagonists.
