The city is split into two main levels; the top level contains Bayu Plaza and Ikuchi Market, along with Trade Tower andRyujin Industries Headquarters, while beneath them are the poverty-stricken slums of Ebbside. There are two available properties within the city that players can own, with each one reflecting the stark disparity between the upper and lower classes of Neon.
Sleep Crate
The first and cheapest available home in Neon is the Sleep Crate. Certainly not glamorous and located in the heart of a stinking fish market in the criminal-infested Ebbside district, the Sleep Crate does not provide much space, and players hoping to add a lot of furnishings to their homes will not have a lot of room to work with. Fortunately, the home does come for theexceptionally cheap priceof 6,500 Credits to own and can also be rented for smaller fees on a daily or weekly basis.
In order to purchase the Sleep Crate, players will need to make their way down to Ebbside to the Sleep Crate vendor, which is located near the Volii Hotel entrance to the lower district. Players can speak to a vendor named Izna Sundararaman in order to purchase or rent it. The house itself islocated on the direct opposite side of Ebbside, near the Euphorika lounge and the fish market.

Sky Suite
The Sky Suite is a significantly more luxurious residence located in the Trade Tower at the far end of theBayu Plaza district of Neon’s main strip. Players can purchase this home from the bartender in the Astral Lounge, one of Neon’s largest nightclubs, which is located at the base of Trade Tower. This can be found exiting to the right of the main entrance elevator, then passing storefronts such as the Volii Hotel and The Emporium.
The property will cost 235,000 credits, which makes it even more expensive than the Dream Home and by far the most expensive property in the game. For the price, players will get a sizable penthouse with views overlooking the market and the surrounding areas. While the property does offer a degree ofexclusivity and solitudewithin the otherwise bustling and chaotic metropolis, the views aren’t as spectacular as the price tag may suggest.
