Players can catch the Terra Whale Pokemon, Cetoddle, and Cetitanis, along with new costumed monsters like Pikachu wearing holiday attire and Raichu wearing holiday attire for the first time during the event.
The Winter Holiday 2023 (Part 1) starts onMonday, December 18, at 10 AMand runs for a week before ending onMonday, December 25, at 10 AM Local Time.Pokemon GOtrainers can participatein multiple Research quests during the event, including Field Research and numerous event-exclusive Timed Research quests. Regarding the Field Research, completing the tasks rewards players with featured Pokemon encounters and valuable in-game items.
