Pokemon GOhas confirmed the debut of Mega Lucario in the new Ultra Unlock Raid Day event. The event will take place on July 21 from 11 am to 5 pm local time, marking thelong-awaited addition of Mega Lucario toPokemon GO. During the event, Mega Lucario will appear more often in raids, with trainers having the chance to capture a shiny one. Lucario found in raids will know the Fast Attack Force Palm, an ability with 13 power in trainer battles, and 9 power in Gyms and raids.
When Will Mega Lucario Debut in Pokemon GO?
The Ultra Unlock: Mega Lucario Raid Day event will increase the chances ofPokemon GOtrainers getting Rare Candy XLin raid battles, and the XP earned by 1.5x.Pokemon GOplayers who spin PokeStops will receive up to five free additional Raid Passes. To celebrate the debut of Mega Lucario,Pokemon GOwill increase the Remote Raid limit to 20 from July 26 at 5 pm to July 27 at 8 pm PDT. During the event, a new Lucario-themed cosmetic will be available on the Pokemon Web Store. A new ticket will be available for $5.00 USD, givingPokemon GOplayers bonuses such as additional Raid Passes, a chance of getting Rare Candy XL, and earning more XP and Stardust in raids.
