While it might sound strange, scooters are one of the biggest additions toPersona 4 Golden. Riding around with friends is incorporated heavily into both the story and the gameplay, and a part of that is the new ability to spend after-school hours with party members riding bikes.

Persona 4 Goldenadds a lot of new features relative to the originalPersona 4released on the PlayStation 2. While many of these are fantastical or intenselike new romance options, there are some lighter elements.

The opening cinematic from the game pushes this with a lighthearted sequence showing each character riding their bike around, and there are story moments where the team takes trips together. There’s an extra gameplay element to this as well, whereYu Narukami can invite teammatesto ride with him.

What Does Riding Bikes with Teammates Do in Persona 4 Golden?

What Does Biking with Rise Do?

Biking with Rise does not offer any new skills. Instead, it increases the amount of damage the team deals during an all-out attack. Each party member is strong in their own right, but Rise gets the biggest improvement by biking, making the reward for biking with her greater than the party members that actually fight.

Persona 4 Goldenis available now on PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox Game Pass, and Nintendo Switch.
