Overwatch 2Season 11 will seeCassidy’s Magnetic Grenade swapped outwith a “new and improved” Flashbang that will “be sure to slow foes in their tracks.” Exactly how this new Cassidy Flashbang works has yet to be revealed. If it functions exactly as it did before, interrupting abilities and stopping characters in their tracks, it could potentially be overpowered in the 1 Tank set-up, but that remains to be seen. Alongside these changes,Overwatch 2will also be making changes to weekly challenges. Blizzard will be givingOverwatch 2players the chance to catch up challenges they miss before moving on to the new ones. Additionally, completing three weekly challenges will netOverwatch 2players 20,000 XP. It’s likely that the changes made toOverwatch 2weekly challenges will be well-received, while the change to Cassidy will likely get mixed reactions. As for theColosseo changes, fans will have to play the revamped map for themselves before they can draw too many conclusions.
