Last summer, Bandai Namco Entertainment announcedOne Punch Man: A Hero Nobody Knows, the first console video game based on the popularOne Punch Mananime and manga series. Now the game’s launch is just one month away, and Bandai Namco is still unveiling new playable characters that players will be able to battle it out as in the upcoming video game.

Bandai Namco Entertainment has released a newOne Punch Man: A Hero Nobody Knowstrailer that reveals three new characters for the fighting game’s roster. These three heroes join a growing roster of characters that players will be able to play as inOne Punch Man: A Hero Nobody Knows. While most fighting games based on anime may focus on the main character, Saitama’s invincibility means that players will instead be spending most of their time with the game playing as side characters, likeChild Emperor, Spring Mustachio, and Sweet Mask.

Saitama’s invincibilitywill be tackled inOne Punch Man: A Hero Nobody Knowsin a few different ways. For example, if players select Saitama for their team, they will have to survive a portion of the match with just two characters. If their opponent fails to defeat them by the time Saitama arrives, then they will automatically lose as the titular “One Punch Man” is invincible and can defeat any opponent with a single punch.

The only time players will be able to fight Saitama successfully is if they are also using Saitama. Otherwise, there is a weak version of Saitama that players can select called Dream Version, where he is wearing pajamas and plays like any other character on the roster.

Having such an overpowered main character adds a unique dynamic to theOne Punch Man: A Hero Nobody Knowsroster, and it will be interesting to see how fighting game fans react to it once the game is out.One Punch Man: A Hero Nobody Knowsis on track for a late February release, so the wait is almost over for fans of the franchise.
