The Shichibukai, also known as the Seven Warlords of the Sea, play a very important role inOne Piece. These pirates are incredibly powerful and are given a free pass by the Government to do whatever they want as long as they help in curtailing the Great Age of Piracy by fighting against weaker pirates, essentially making them the lap dogs of the Government.

Over the course of the series, several powerful members of the Seven Warlordshave appeared inOne Piece, however, not all of them are equally powerful. While nearly all of them possess incredible Devil Fruits, Haki is a rare possession in their ranks. Even among those who do possess Haki, not everyone has the Haki strength of the same level.
6Doflamingo
Doflamingo was one of the Seven Warlords of the Sea and the King of Dressrosa as well. He was defeated by Luffy in the Dressrosa arc and, following that, he was locked and Impel Down. While Doflamingo was, by no means, weak, his Haki was not all that impressive. The vast majority of his strength came from his Devil Fruit abilities. In fact, Doflamingo’s Haki was very basic when compared to Gear Fourth Luffy and he could not damage him at all.
This just goes to show that he needed to improve his Haki to stand among the strongest people in theOne Pieceworld. Out of the Shichibukai, he certainly had the weakest Haki.
5Jinbe
Also known as the First Son of Sea, Jinbe is a former Warlord with a bounty of 1.1 billion berries. He is the shipwright of the Straw Hat Pirates and an incredibly powerful fighter, having mastered the Fish Man Karate. Jinbe is extremely good at using Haki.
He used this ability against Big Mom in Whole Cake Island and managed to block one of her attacks, Cognac, although it ended up overpowering him later on. Nonetheless, he also displayed this ability against Who’s Who of the Beast Pirates. His Haki power was such that he was able to defeat Who’s Who in a single blow, which just goes to show that Jinbe’s Haki is only getting better. He is also a powerhouse, meaning the force that he hits with is incredible, his Haki, when combined with Fish Man Karate, makes him a threat to anyone.
4Trafalgar Law
Trafalgar Law became a Shichibukai after the Rocky Port Incident and he held this position until he allied with Luffy after the two-year time skip ofOne Piece.Law was extremely powerfulwhen he was a Warlord. While he relied on his Devil Fruit for the most part, his Haki was still great enough to cut Doflamingo despite the latter coating himself and Haki too.

What’s more, after the War of Wano, Law’s Haki had certainly upgraded. He could reverse the effects of Devil Fruit powers with his powerful haki and that just goes to show that his control over this skill is on a different level when compared to the vast majority of the members of the Shichibukai.
3Blackbeard
Blackbeard is one of the Four Emperors of the Sea and one of the strongest people in the world ofOne Pieceright now. While fans assume that the vast majority of his strength comesfrom his Devil Fruits, Blackbeard also possesses immense Haki. As a man of great ambition, it only makes sense for his Haki to be incredible as well. Fans have not gotten to see a true showing of his Haki just yet.
He did block an attack from S-Hawk on Amazon Lily and this attack was powerful enough to slice an entire mountain. Despite that, his Haki was great enough to block it easily. That certainly isn’t the extent of the power of his Haki. When Blackbeard steps into combat against stronger enemies, fans will see the true extent of his abilities. It should also not be a surprise to anyone if he manages to use Conqueror’s Haki in combat as that should be the least expected from an Emperor of the Sea.
2Dracule Mihawk
Dracula Mihawk is the World’s Strongest Swordsman inOne Pieceand an incredibly powerful fighter. As a man worth 3.590 billion berries, Mihawk’s infamy speaks for itself. He is an incredibly skilled swordsman who possesses a Black Blade and that has to do with Haki and its application, undoubtedly. The control Mihawk has over Haki is going to be incredible.
It shouldn’t be a surprise for the fans to see him be a user of all three types of Haki. Sadly, fans do not know his exact proficiency over this skill, however, he is likely going to be very good at it. The fact that he taught Zoro how to use it and that he used to rival Red-Haired Shanks, who is a Haki expert, just goes to show that he possesses great Haki of his own as well.
1Boa Hancock
Boa Hancock, also known as the Pirate Empress, is one of the very few people in the world who possesses all three types of Haki. She especially specializes in the usage of Haki, given that she is from a tribe where Haki comes innately to them. The Haki of the Kuja Tribe is specifically known as the Kuja Haki and this type of Haki is known to be extremely powerful.
Even her sisters know the advanced application of Haki, called Ryuo, which means that Hancock is a master of all of its types. Hancock being a user of Conqueror’s Haki is a known fact and it shouldn’t be a surprise to anyone if she knows how to infuse her attacks with it as well. While not the strongest Haki user inOne Piece,Hancock is certainly among the very bestand fans will likely see her make use of this power in the final war when she steps into battle.
