Summary
The Celestial Dragons are the most influential people in the entire world. They are treated with the utmost respect by all the organizations associated with the World Government. Even the rulers of massive nations have to bow before the Celestial Dragons.

Updated on Jul 18, 2025, by Suzail Ahmad:The Celestial Dragons are dangerous individuals because of their unpredictable nature. They are extremely whimsical, and, due to their authority, they always get what they want. While most of them rely on their status to get things done, there are some who are extremely powerful and capable of fighting the best characters in One Piece. They possess extraordinary powers that bolster their physical attributes. With that in mind, here are all theCelestial Dragons in One Piece.
13Shalria
Sharia made her debut in the Sabaody Archipelago arc alongside her brother and father. Even though she was only 15 years old, Shalria had already picked up the mannerisms of her family members.
She treated the people with lower status as nothing but pests. Shalria also prefers buying strong slaves, as she cannot stand seeing weak people. Shalria considers other races inferior and often hurls out racist insults at them.
12Jalmack
Jalmack is another Celestial Dragon whose actions greatly affected the story. He traveled to the Goa Kingdom ten years prior to the beginning of the series. While standing on the deck of his ship, Jalmack saw Sabo’s boat sailing at the same time.
He was disgusted that a mere civilian would dare to cut in front of his ship. Jalmack fired a bazooka toward the ship, and it nearly killed Sabo. Jalmack has the authority to call an Admiral if he feels threatened. It is unclear whether he is still alive.
11Roswald
Saint Roswald is the father of Charlos and Shalria. He is a man obsessed with his ancestry. Roswald takes great pride in his status as a Celestial Dragon and makes sure to remind everyone around him of how superior he is. Roswald is a wealthy individual, which is how he satisfies his desire to buy slaves.
Roswald is on great terms with his son and daughter, but he is not beyond reprimanding them. As a Celestial Dragon, Roswald has the power to summon an Admiral if he ever feels threatened.
10Charlos
Charlos is Roswald’s son and a recurring antagonist inOne Piece. He was introduced in the Sabaody Archipelago arc, where he visited the auction house to purchase new slaves. Charlos has absolutely no morals, and he only exists to torture regular people.
Charlos has no qualms about spending exorbitant amounts of money to purchase slaves, as evidenced when he casually splashed 500 million berries to buy Camie. Charlos also appeared in the Reverie, where he tried tocapture Shirahoshi multiple times. However, his sordid attempts failed thanks to the efforts of Donquixote Myosgard.
9Donquixote Homing’s Family
Donquixote Homing was a rational person who didn’t think that he was above any other person in terms of importance. Due to this reason, Homing decided to leave Marijoa and live among normal people. The other Celestial Dragons were not pleased with his decision, but they didn’t stop him.
So Homing left Marijoa along with his wife and children. Unfortunately, Homing’s family was continuously targeted by the local people. Homing’s wife became sick and ultimately died. The death of his mother brought out Doflamingo’s evil side, after which he killed Homing. Doflamingo took his head to Marijoa but was chased away. Rosinante was not evil like his brother; in fact, he joined the Marines to stop Doflamingo from committing any more atrocities.
8Myosgard
Donquixote Myosgard was the only sane Celestial Dragon inOne Piece. Before coming to his senses, he used to be a mean person. When he came to Fish-Man Island for the very first time, he treated them as inferior beings. The natives were appalledto see the Celestial Dragon’s behavior, so they attacked him.
Luckily for Myosgard, Queen Otohime stepped in and protected him from the vicious mob. This experience proved to be quite valuable for Myosgard, who renounced his evil ways. He became a much better person; he even beat up Charlos, who was harassing Shirahoshi. Unfortunately, Myosgard’s actions were met with contempt, and he was executed by the Holy Knights.
7St. Figarland Garling
St. Figarland Garling is the head of the God Knights, whose job is to ensure the safety of Marijoa. From a young age, he showed his combat skills, which earned him the admiration of other Celestial Dragons. 38 years prior to the current timeline, Figarland Garling fought against the Rocks Pirates in God Valley.
He is a swordsman with great skill, and it is highly likely that fans will get an opportunity to see him in action in the Final Saga ofOne Piece.
6St. Shepherd Ju Peter
St. Shepherd Ju Peter is the Godhead of Agriculture. He appears to be the youngest member of the Five Elders, but whether that is true or not remains to be seen. St. Shepherd Ju Peter is just as ruthless as his fellow Godheads. He considers protecting the World Government the paramount objective.
During Sabo’s flashback, St. Shepherd Ju Peter was seen transforming into a giant. It is possible that he has a Devil Fruit that allows him to transform into one. While in this form, he was able to withstand Sabo’s attack without sustaining any injuries.
5St. Topman Warcury
St. Topman Warcury is the Godhead of Justice, meaning that he overlooks anything related to justice. As one of the Five Elders, he has a great deal of authority.
St. Topman Warcury also seems to be in possession of Devil Fruit, which allows him to transform into a creature with horns. In this form, he gains great resilience and physical power. Considering his strength, it’s obvious that he is one of the strongest fighters in the series.
4St. Marcus Mars
St. Marcus Mars is a descendant of the twenty founding families of the World Government. He has a stoic personality and is rarely troubled by any unexpected event. St. Marcus Mars stays calm and collected, making him one of the most dangerous members of the Five Elders.
He is also the Godhead of Environment. He has the power to transform into a giant bird with a ring around it. This is most likely the cloud that surrounds those who have awakened their Zoan-type Devil Fruits.
