Though, players inNew Worldwill have to level up their Jewelcrafting skill through creating many bits of jewelry, which, itself will require a lot of materials and time spent at different refining stations. Thankfully, there’s a workflow to making gold and silvery goods that can be relaxing and profitable all at once.
Raw Materials Needed For Jewelcrafting
Metals Used For Jewelcrafting
Players will need Silver Ingots and Gold Ingots in order to make a lot of the components that go into crafting a piece of jewelry.Settings, hooks, and more recipe ingredients can be made at an Outfitter Station when players have the appropriate materials. These ingots can be smelted by the players themselves at a Smelter or bought. Though, those wishing to see the process through from the very beginning may be interested in digging up Silver Ore and Gold Ore used to make ingots straight out of the ground themselves.

About Gems In Jewelcrafting
As one could expect, gems are very important for creating jewelry, as, without them, the silver and gold components mentioned before would have nothing to hold. The gems are the part of any particular piece of jewelry that gives them their effect. For example, Diamonds will make a ring, or another accessory, increase the damage absorption for physical and elemental resistance stats.Gems need to be cut to be set into silver or gold housings of any kind, which can be done at a Stonecutter Table.
How To Cut Gems For Jewelcrafting
Probably the most complex part of Jewelcrafting is cutting the gems needed, as it is a multi-step process that involves more materials than most players expect.

How To Craft A Piece Of Jewelry
Producing Jewelry
After creating silver and gold components and cutting a bunch of gems, players will have the components that they need for assembling finished pieces of jewelry. To do so,players will have to head to an Outfitting Station to craft their pieces of jewelry.
Skill Levels & Refining Station Tiers
Like with all otherrefining and crafting adventures inNew World, players will have to increase their levels in all respecting areas to go through the process of creating jewelry, however, not every aspect of Jewelcrafting raises one’s Jewelcrafting skill level. As such, it would be understandable for some players to skip certain parts of the process, such as buying or trading for Silver Ingots and Gold Ingots instead of making them from scratch.
The same can be said for acquiring cut gems, as this will allow players to spend more time leveling up their Jewelcrafting skill to make higher-tier pieces of jewelry, which will be more powerful in effect as well as worth more if players want to sell their wares.
Again, similar with other refining and crafting pursuits, players will need higher tiers of Stonecutter Tables, Arcane Repositories, and Outfitting Stations to create the best jewelry. These workstations can be upgraded by completing Town Projects in the settlement that one is working in if players cannot find a suitably high-tier station by exploring different settlements.
