For those unfamiliar with the classes, the Barbarian dominates in close-quarters battles, wielding a longsword; the Ranger focuses on precision attacks from a distance using the Dragonslayer crossbow; the Wizard can devastate enemies with fire spells; and the Paladin plays a supportive role by healing and aiding teammates. In this mode, players will engage in combat on Dragon’s Isle (Erangel) in teams of four, with matches accommodating up to 80 participants.

This return is likely to be welcomed by fans who enjoyed the Fantasy Battle Royale mode during its initial run and have been anticipating its comeback. It’s also worth noting that this revival follows thereintroduction of the original Erangel map in May, featuring classic in-game elements.

Additionally, the studio is taking further steps to enhance the gaming experience; for example, in March, PUBG announced that it had banned 3.2 million cheaters in 2023, marking a 33% increase from the previous year.
