Honkai: Star Railhas officially revealed the second featured character set to release with the Version 1.5 update, introducing players to the Knights of Beauty’s Argenti. As HoYoverse prepares to share all the juicy details about the upcoming Version 1.4 during Friday’s Special Program, the developer has already begun to tease the RPG’s next update. HoYoverse kicked off Version 1.5’s character reveals earlier this week,debuting Huohuo as a Foxian girlfrom the Xianzhou Luofu. Now, Argenti is set to be the second new character coming with the November update.
Not much is currently known about Argenti’s role in the world ofHonkai: Star Railaside from sparse leaks about him. Argenti has long been rumored to be coming with the launch of Version 1.5, seeing leaks about his future playability early on in the game’s life. Leaks have also suggested players may square off against Argenti as an in-game boss, similar to past playable characters like Yanqing and Kafka appearing as enemies. The newest reveal fromHonkai: Star Railnow reveals players won’t have to wait much longer to add Argenti to their teams.

A brand-new reveal fromHonkai: Star Rail’s official social media accounts has confirmed Argenti as the second playable five-star character within Version 1.5. Argenti is introduced as a member ofStar Rail’s “Knights of Beauty,” a prestigious and proper order of knightsworshipping the fallen Aeon Idrila. Argenti is shown wearing an extravagant suit of armor with red-and-gold trim and his bio refers to his proper and pious way of doing battle. Argenti is expected to release during the second half ofHonkai: Star Rail’s Version 1.5 update.
Argenti’s reveal post also gives a hint at how the knightly character will fit intoHonkai: Star Railteam comps. Argenti is confirmed to debut to the game as a Physical element character in the Erudition Path, focusing around dealing heavy AoE damage. He will serve as the much-needed first character released with his particular combination of element and Path, withPhysical characters generally lacking area damage. Argenti has yet to see any leaks detailing specific elements of his gameplay or kit withinHonkai: Star Rail.
The launch of Argenti inHonkai: Star Rail’s Version 1.5 will come following multiple highly-anticipated additions to the game’s roster. The ongoing Version 1.3 saw the launch of Imbibitor Lunae as an alternate version of starter character Dan Heng, as well as the Xianzhou Luofu’s Master Diviner Fu Xuan. Version 1.4 is also set to introduce both new character Topaz and one of the game’s mosthighly-anticipated characters in Jingliu. Argenti will look to be an effective AoE option for players building Physical teams withinHonkai: Star Rail.
