Harry Potter: Hogwarts Legacyis a highly anticipated Wizarding World RPG from Avalanche Software and Warner Bros. Interactive. The game is currently available for preorder, and it has recently been revealed thatHogwarts Legacywill include an exclusive quest for PlayStation users.
Players have learned a lot about the upcoming title in previous months. The newest trailer for theHarry Pottergame illustratedthe dark magic inHogwarts Legacyand showed that gamers will be able to choose their own paths through the title. Now, during the 2022 Gamescom convention, fans have gotten more information about a unique PlayStation mission.

The story ofHogwarts Legacybegins with players discovering their Hogwarts acceptance letter, which has been delivered a few years later than it was supposed to. Gamers will be able to customize their characters and join one of the four Hogwarts houses. Beyond the basics, however, little is known about the anticipated title. The PlayStation-exclusive mission will be included with any PSedition ofHogwarts Legacy, though the details of the quest, such as length and plot, have not been divulged.
Hogwarts Legacytakes place in the late 1800s, long before the events of theHarry Potterseries. There will be very few recurring characters, and players can forge their own experiences in Hogwarts. In addition to the exclusive quest for PlayStation, gamers who preorderHogwarts Legacycan be granted two mounts, potions, or items. These offers are available for any version ofHarry Potter: Hogwarts Legacy, which encompasses PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, and PS5. The only version of the title that these offers might not apply to is the one for Nintendo Switch, which has yet to receive a release date. The unique PlayStation quest is not dependent on preorderingHogwarts Legacy.
Harry Potter: Hogwarts Legacywill be released in February 2023. Though players can expect more information before the release, it is unlikely that specific details about the PlayStation quest or the main story will be revealed. But that isn’t necessarily a bad thing. From theHogwarts Legacydigital deluxe editionto multiple preorder bonuses, fans are sure to be able to acquire interesting content.
