The lock down has afforded time for those effected to catch up on many projects. For some it’s to finally finish that book, finally paint the living room or learn that song on guitar, for Henry Cavill, it’s stay up all night and build that dream PC.

TheMan of Steelstar once again displayed his love for PC gaming by uploading a sped up video assembling one from scratch with the caption “This kind of material isn’t for everyone….viewer direction is advised. You may see a lot of parts that you haven’t seen before.” This comes at no surprise to fans as Cavillprofessed his love for PC gaminglate last year during as press tour forThe WitcherTV series.

On top of ensuring his PC is up to date and ready to playThe Witcherdeveloper’s next title,Cyberpunk 2077, Cavill realized he had some installation issues and had to retool the PC.  The PC is presumably being placed in his man cave whichhe previously describedas simply a desk in the corner of his home.

Henry Cavill’s love for gaming and the fantasy genre knows no bounds. During the casting process forThe WitcherTV series Cavill put his hat in the ringshowing his interest in playing the lead role of Geralt of Rivia, having already been a fan of the source material for the video game series. Since being cast in the lead role Cavill has admitted to playing throughThe Witcher 3: Wild Huntseveral times.

Season 2 ofThe Witcherhad already began production earlier this year but had to halt due to Covid-19. Last month it wasrevealed that production would resumenear the end of August with hopes to complete in time for the 2021 release schedule for the new season. The success of the Netflix adaption has seen a resurgence in popularity for the video game series, withThe Witcher 3: Wild Huntseeing a residual success in sales after the first season debuted.

In the meantime Cavill’s involvement in the DCEU is still up in the air. Whilehe hopes to play Superman for years to come, there is no official announcements as of yet regarding future projects, aside from a re-cut version on Zack Snyder’sJustice League, also set to release in 2021.
