AGrand Theft Auto Onlineplayer has taken the community by storm with a shared video of their extraordinary missile run. Seeing the submarine guided missile zip its way through underground tunnels has left other players stunned and impressed.

GTA Onlineintroduced theKosatka submarine with the Cayo Perico Heist, with the submarine being a prerequisite for completing the heist. The submarine can be used as a base of operations and has several impressive features that make it worth the $2.2 million price-tag, but chances are few players have ever managed to use the guided missiles this impressively.

GTA Onlineplayer Captain_Jaxparrow shared their clip with fellow fans on theGTA Onlinesubreddit, where it has taken the community by storm. Kosatka submarines are equipped with guided missiles, which put the player in the position of looking through the missile’s POV to direct it. The missiles can be flown just about anywhere after they take off from the submarine, but as one would expect, controlling their movement isn’t the easiest thing to do. However, a new player would be forgiven for thinking the opposite after watching this video, as Captain_Jaxparrow shows their guided missile zipping across the land and then underground through a lengthy tunnel.

The secret tunnel, as they refer to it, is entered near theLos Santos Storm Drainand finally emerges near the heart of the city. For more than thirty seconds, the missile zips around underground, navigating every twist and turn of the tunnel with ease despite its incredible speed. A single moment of losing the timing or not correctly predicting the next turn would have meant disaster, but Captain_Jaxparrow manages to make it look like child’s play.

According to Captain_Jaxparrow, they use a mouse and keyboard to control the missile, which gives them much more control over it than using a controller. TheDPI of the mouseimpacts how quickly the missile can turn, so increasing the DPI from normal settings while using a missile can give the player a lot more control. However, it still takes tremendous effort and focus to pull off a maneuver like this one, and while the OP claims they have no life, other players are genuinely in awe at the skill involved.

Captain_Jaxparrow notes that it took them five attempts to pull this off, further impressing fellow fans. Several compared the antics to taking down the Death Star inStar Wars, or playing a game ofAce Combat. While Captain_Jaxparrow wasn’t pursuing an actual target in the video, anyone who made the mistake of getting on their bad side likely wouldn’t stand a chance against one of their missiles. It just goes to show that whileGTA Onlinemay be a fairly accessible game, there’s also a high skill cap that dedicated players can potentially reach.

GTA Onlineis available now for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
