Note that Travelersdon’thave to be in the middle of a hazy night to do this, so changing the time is unnecessary.
The Very Special Fortune Slip Quest - Day 1
Next, players should go to the area specified in the Fortune Slip and defeat a Fatui Pyro Agent, Fireblade Mourisu. The spot is located in a cave under Inazuma City.
