A newGenshin Impactleak shows how Dehya performs when put in a Pyro team composition. She is one of the characters that has already been officially announced for the upcoming update 3.5. Dehya will be joined by another character named Mika who is confirmed to be a new four-star unit.
Even though HoYoverse is yet to reveal the updates official release date, players can expect 3.5 to drop around March 5.Genshin Impact’s combat system requires players to use up to four different characters in their roster and combine their elements in order to trigger elemental reactions.

A new video posted on theGenshin ImpactLeaks subreddit shows what Dehya’s DPS rotations might look like. The team composition consists of three additional characters, the Anemo user Kazuha and two Pyro characters, Bennett and Xiangling. Previous leaks have confirmed thatDehya will be a new main DPS characterwith a bruiser-like playstyle, similar to Cyno or Razor. Activating Dehya’s Elemental Burst will cause her to throw her weapon aside and swap to hand-to-hand combat, dealing massive amounts of Pyro damage with each hit. A lot of players seem happy to finally see a new Pyro character in action since the last Pyro DPS that joined the roster was Yoimiya back in 2.0.
It should be noted that the damage numbers shown in the video could be inaccurate since the video was recorded on a private server. Many comments have stated the video proves that Dehya will have great synergy with the three other characters.Bennett will probably be a must-have characterin this type of team composition, especially for players that acquired his C6 constellation.
However, players should be careful when getting Bennett’s last constellationsince, even though it provides a significant buff for Pyro parties, it can limit his flexibility for other types of team comps. Xiangling is probably the best off-field Pyro character in the game at the moment, despite having a four-star rarity. Her elemental burst, Pyronado, keeps dealing Pyro damage for 10 seconds even if she leaves the field.
Kazuha is the only character in the party that does not use the Pyro element, but as an Anemo user, he can hardly interfere with many other elemental reactions which is why he’s one of themost popular units in the Spiral Abyss. Kazuha’s main job in this party is to shred enemies' resistances and provide a significant damage buff to all of his party members.
