OneMarvel’s Spider-ManOscorp detailrevealed that people at the company thought the web-slinger was an old man. Now fans have pointed out a new detail about Doc Ock. While looking around his lab, Reddit User Km3daallstar noticed an open pizza box surrounded by several others in the antagonist’s lab. What was shocking to the user was that it appeared that Octavious used a fork to eat his pizza instead of his hands. The user humorously implied that this was evidence that the character was nuts before he put on the claws and that Peter Parker should have known that he would eventually turn evil.
Throughout the majority of the game,Mister Negative was the antagonist ofMarvel’s Spider-Man. The character gradually started taking over Wilson Fisk’s territory and had an ultimate plan to destroy Oscorp by releasing a virus into the city. His plan was ultimately thwarted by Spider-Man before he was eventually revealed to be Martin Li. Unfortunately, a deadlier antagonist revealed himself soon after.
In one of the game’s more tragic twists, Peter’s beloved boss, Doctor Otto Octavius made a heel turn in the game’s final act. Like Mr. Negative, he had an axe to grind against Oscorp and joined up with him and several other villains to complete the task. His mind was apparently corrupted by the use of his iconic robotic arms similar to how it was in the films. For some fans, however, it seems that eating pizza with a fork is evidence that Doc Ock was always an unhinged lunatic.
