The gamer points to the interest that many gamers have in the LEGO Minifigures that don’t play the crossover game modes. With a portion of the community disconnected from the Minifigures, the Reddit user proposes that they be Backblings in the Locker for other game modes like Battle Royale and Zero Build. As players automatically received Minifigures of their existing skins when the collaboration started, many players would have a wide selection to choose from.
How Would Epic Turn the Minifigures Into Backblings?
With each new skinadded to theFortniteItem Shopis a LEGO Minifigure that can be used in the LEGO game modes. Skins that have been released since the collaboration began include The Guardians of the Galaxy, Birds of a Feather set, and the fresh addition of Lady Gaga. Ahead of the crossover, developers ensured that the vast majority of the skins that players had collected could be equipped in the LEGO modes. This Backbling idea may require some effort, but the Minifigures have already been created, potentially making it easy to transition them into being equipable items.
As most of the LEGO Minifigures already share the same proportions, developers might be able to apply different textures to the same Backbling model.
