On the officialPokemon TCGTwitter account, the team revealed the design of the exclusive promotional card for the Van Gogh Museum collaboration. The card features the iconic Electric-type pocket creature Pikachu, and the Pokemon is seen wearing a grey hat similar to the one Van Gogh wears in his self-portrait. It has the ability “Pika-Portrait,” which will allow the user to search for another Pikachu card in their deck that they can put on their Bench. Titled “Pikachu with Grey Felt Hat,” it is an incredibleFull ArtPokemon TCGpiecethat many Pikachu lovers will probably love to have in their decks.

Unfortunately, the promotional card is exclusive to the museum event and can only be gained by accomplishing a “Pokemon Adventure” activity during the visit. The event will also only be held for a limited time, from Jul 29, 2025, until July 30, 2025. Fans who are located in Amsterdam or are near the area are pretty lucky, since it will be easier for them to physically stop by the museum and participate in thePokemon-themed activity. Avid collectors who really want to own this card may have to call in favors from Amsterdam-based friends or wait until anotherPokemon TCGcollector decides to sell their piece.

Hopefully it works andPokemon TCGfans will be able to enjoy the museum’s art offerings beyond getting their hands on the Van Gogh-themed Pikachu card.
