Diablo 4has a massive map cut into five major locations. One of the last of these that players will enter is the desert location of Kehjistan. It contains a bunch of dungeons,Diablo 4Strongholds, and other places of interest. Players can find a grand total of 31 Altars of Lilith in Kehjistan, some of them well hidden. to get all the permanent buffs and other boosts from these Altars, players will want to collect every single one of them in order to make leveling new characters as quick and painless as possible.

Kehjistan is a fairly large section of theDiablo 4world of Sanctuary. to cover this entire section of the map, players will most likely want a little help. Here is a list of all the locations of Altars in Kehjistan and how to find them.

Altar of Lilith 1: Rezam’s Excavation
This Altar isn’t very hidden at all; it is location right next to the Abandoned Mineworks Dungeon entrance.
Reward: +2 Willpower
Altar of Lilith 2: Alcarnus
Head to Alcarnus, then walk northeast. There, players will find an alcove with the Altar of Lilith inside. Players do not have to complete the stronghold here to get this Altar.
Reward: +2 Dexterity
Altar of Lilith 3: Dimmed Grotto
If players fast travel Iron Wolves EncampmentWaypoint in Kehjistan, the Altar is located to the northeast.
Altar of Lilith 4: Scouring Sands
After finishing Act 3 ofDiablo 4’s story, players will be able to grab this Altar with ease; before that, it is covered with a sandstorm.
Altar of Lilith 5: Residential District
Look directly north of the Putrid Aquifer Dungeon entrance to find this Altar. It’s located inside the City of Caldeum, which means it’s not accessible until players unlock the gate to this city after Act 5.
Reward: +2 Strength
Altar of Lilith 6: Bleak Dunes
This Altar of theDiablo 4demon Lilithis located hidden behind some plants in the PvP zone northeast of Denshar Waypoint.
Reward: +2 Intelligence
Altar of Lilith 7: Pallid Oasis
Like Altar number six, this one is also located in a PvP area in Kehjistan. Head southeast from the Denshar Waypoint to find it.
Altar of Lilith 8: Pallid Oasis
South of the Denshar Waypoint, this sneaky Altar is hidden in some foliage in this PvP area.
Altar of Lilith 9: Forgotten Overlook
Leave Danshar and head northwest; players will find a climbing spot that will bring them up to this pit where the Altar is hidden.
Reward: +5 to Total Number of HoldableMurmuring Obols
Altar of Lilith 10: Omath’s Redoubt
There is a little back room inside ofOmath’s Redoubt Stronghold in Kehjistanthat players will have to duck to get into. Players must first complete this stronghold to get into this room.
Altar of Lilith 11: Hakan’s Oasis
Just southwest of the Omath’s Redoubt Stronghold, this Altar of Lilith is well-hidden among trees on the shore of the lake.
Altar of Lilith 12: Eastern Basin
Head a little bit southeast out of Gea Kul to find this Altar standing among trees.
Altar of Lilith 13: Central Plateau
To the east of the Hakan’s Refuge Dungeon entrance, this Altar is pretty well hidden among some palm trees.
Altar of Lilith 14: Central Plateau
Northwest of Hakan’s Refuge Dungeon entrance, this Altar of Lilith is located behind a tree.

Altar of Lilith 16: Scorched Gulch
Southwest from the Uldur’s Cave Dungeon entrance, this Altar is in a pit players will have to jump down into.
Altar of Lilith 17: Blistering Strand
Look to the east of the Heretics Asylum Dungeon entrance to find thisAltar of Lilith.
Altar of Lilith 18: Jagged Coast
Northwest of the Forgotten Ruins Dungeon entrance, this Altar is located right by the massive statues.
Reward: +5 to Total Number of Holdable Murmuring Obols
Altar of Lilith 19: Dalhgur Oasis
Head west from the Putrid Aquifer Dungeon entrance to find this Altar among some more palm trees and behind a breakable box.
Altar of Lilith 20: Tar Pits
This Altar is immediately southwest of the Sunken Library Dungeon entrance.
Reward: +5 Obols
Altar of Lilith 21: Scorching Dunes
This location is just a little to the south of the Altar of Ruin Stronghold.
Altar of Lilith 22: Altar of Ruin
In the northeast of the Altar of Ruin Stronghold itself, players can find this Altar. They do not have to complete the Stronghold for it.
Altar of Lilith 23: Forgotten Coastline
Southwest of the Tomb of the Saints Dungeon entrance, this Altar waits for players along the coast.
Altar of Lilith 24: Lut Bahadur
This one is in a building northeast of the Shivta Ruins Dungeon entrance.
Altar of Lilith 26: Silent Expanse
Directly north of the Halls of the Damned Dungeon entrance is where this one is located.
Altar of Lilith 27: Forgotten Watch Post
Head north out of Tarsarak and a little bit to the west to find this hill top ruin where the Altar is.
Altar of Lilith 28: Forlorn Badlands
Head due west out of Tarsarak along the cliffs for this location.
Altar of Lilith 29: Caldeum Bizarre
This Altar is right next to the Renegade’s Retreat Dungeon entrance to the west.
This one is just outside the southwest exit from the AlcarnusStronghold inDiablo 4, along the road to it.
Altar of Lilith 31: Dunes of Dispair
Go south and a tiny bit west of the Inferno Dungeon entrance, where players can get the Vengefullegendary Aspect, for this final Altar.
