Aside from a talent human-controlled Julianna, Egor is likelyDeathloop’s toughest visionary. He’s capable of going invisible, suspiciously for longer periods of time than Colt can with his Aether slab. He also shoots from all over his area and only pops out for a short burst before retreating back to the comfort of his invisibility.

The first fight is a rough one, but thankfully Egor can be conquered later on in a much easier fashion. This guide will help deal with Egor during the first encounter inDeathloopand then provide a roadmap for where and how to deal with him in a much easier way.
How To First Kill Egor

Usually, players have to go through a series of explosives, turrets, traps, and guards before getting to Egor. Making a single peep puts Egor on edge and Colt will have to deal with him wandering around invisible. Thankfully, it is possible to put him down without such a confrontation.
To sneak up on Egor,go up the path to the left. Get past some laser mines with either Aether or Shift or disable them by hand.Do not shoot the minesor else Colt will have to take out Egor the hard way. If players have todispatch an enemy Juliana, run far away from this area first.
This strategy will expose Egor to getting killed without the need for a nullifier, butif, for some reason, Egor gets alerted, a nullifier will be useful. Plus, there is an achievement for killing Egor while he’s nullified. One can be grabbed on the path after passing through the minefield.
Directly to the right of this nullifier is Egor, who is expecting Colt to attack from in front of him. At this point, he’s easy todispatch with a headshot from a powerful weapon, a melee attack, or setting up the nullifierjust behind him and peppering him down.
The Best Way To Kill Egor
After completing the “Lost in Transmission” visionary lead, Colt will learn how toshut down Egor’s experiment and force him to go to the party with Aleksis in Updaam in the evening. Unfortunately, unlike some of the visionary leads, the process of jamming the signal must be done every day to get Egor to move from his place and time in The Compound.
After jamming the signal in The Complex at noon,Egor will be on the rooftop of Aleksis' party. A stealthy player who does not alert the guests will find him casually strolling back and forth, clearly labeled with a waypoint next to Wenjie. Wenjie does not have her powers, butEgor still has his invisibility, so always take him out first.
