Cyberpunk 2077has turned around in many fan’s eyes after the release ofUpdate 2.0 and thePhantom Libertyexpansion.The overall gameplay and RPG elements have been streamlined, along with countless bug fixes. There are still many ways for the player to customize and specialize their V. The armor system has been completely redone, but health works the same.
Players have many options in the large open-world of Night City to raise V’s max health permanently and temporarily. ThePhantom Libertyexpansion even adds new items specifically for raising health. Follow these tips to absorb more damage inCyberpunk 2077.
Body Attribute
The Body attribute is one of the main stats that govern V’s abilities. Players can allocate a certain amount of points during character creation. This skill enhances heavy weaponry and physical strength.Every point invested in the Body attribute stat adds +2 Max Health.All attributes max out at 20, but there are not enough points to complete them all. Spend these points wisely.
Adrenaline Rush Perk
The perk tree has been completely revampedby Update 2.0. Players can find the Adrenaline Rush perk in the Body section of the tree. Players need at least 10 points invested in Body to unlock it.The first level of this perk automatically gives the player +35 Health.
Level Up Solo Skill
The skill progression has also been altered by updates.Players get +10 health at level 10 solo and +15 health at level 30.The Solo skill can be leveled up by using fists, blunt weapons, gorilla arms, LMGs, and shotguns. Any actions that involve the Body stat, such as forcing open doors or ripping turrets off placements, will also give Solo XP.
Vendors
Food and med vendors sell consumablesthat temporarily raise max health.Consuming food gives the nourishment effect that improves health by 5%. Health Boosters give +10% health for 30 minutes.
Cyberware
Every piece of cyberware has randomized effects.Check ripperdocs for any equipment with added health bonuses.
Dogtown Vendors
ThePhantom Libertyexpansion adds the chaotic district of Dogtown to Night City. There are many new med, food, and junk shops scattered throughout this area.Check these vendors fornew items that give permanent health bonusesalong with other stats.
