Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3andWarzoneare getting a slew of new operator bundles crossing over with some of the biggest entertainment franchises of the year, includingGodzilla x Kong,Warhammer, and anotherDunebundle. Now at the midpoint of its second season,Call of Dutyhas just unveiled Season 2 Reloaded, which is set to bringVanguard’s 6v6 Das Haus multiplayer map, a new Juggermosh game mode, and a lot more toModern Warfare 3andWarzone.
This isn’t the first timeCall of Dutyhas crossed over withDune. The popular sci-fi film franchise made itsCall of Dutydebut when the Sardaukar operator bundle became available at the tail end ofModern Warfare 2. Later, duringModern Warfare 3’s first season,Duneprotagonist Paul Atreidesand Harkonnen antagonist Feyd Rautha both became available as multiplayer operators in December. Now thatDune: Part Twois finally out in theaters and smashing it at the box office, a fourthDuneoperator has just landed inCall of Duty.
As part ofModern Warfare 3andWarzone’s Season 2 Reloaded blowout,Call of Dutyunveiled a series of new operator bundles being added to the game. Among them is theDune: Part TwoHarkonnen Pack, which features the Harkonnen Hunter operator, an assault rifle and sniper rifle blueprint, a Harkonnen Long Sword melee weapon, and more. The Harkonnen Pack isn’t the only film crossover this season, as theGodzilla x Kong: The New Empirebundle was revealed as well. The Kong Armor operator skin, Titan Tech Rifle LMG, and Monarch Stinger assault rifle are included. This marks the second timeKong and Godzilla have crossed pathsinCall of Duty,the first time being with 2021’sVanguard.
New Operator Bundles Coming To Modern Warfare 3 and Warzone As Part Of Season 2 Reloaded
As for the threeWarhammer 40,000packs also headliningModern Warfare 3’s Season 2 Reloaded, the Space Marines tracer pack is massive. It includes two operator skins in the Ultramarine Scout and Blood Angels Scout, and three weapon blueprints: the Contempt shotgun and two battle rifles named Angel’s Fury and Courage and Honor. The Sisters of Battle pack includes the Battle Sister operator skin, Empire’s Fury assault rifle, and the Heretic’s Bane LMG. Lastly, the Astra Militarum pack gives players the Cadian Kasrkin operator, Hammer of the Emperor assault rifle, Born Soldier marksman Rifle, and the Munitorum Issue Blade melee blueprint.
Each of these three franchises have major releases happening in 2024. ForDune,its highly praised sequel is out now in theaters. Monsterverse fans can look forward toGodzilla x Kong: The New Empirecoming later this month on March 29. Additionally,fans ofWarhammer 40,000haveSpace Marine 2to be excited about, which is slated for a September 9 launch. As forCall of Dutyplayers, details about Season 3 ofModern Warfare 3andWarzoneshould begin to emerge later this month ahead of its expected start in early April.
