Like with other early gun teasers, TiMi Studios made a game out of the weapon reveal, askingCall of Duty Mobilefansto identify the gun via its shadow. The comments are filled with fans pointing out that the Bizon is on the way, as the weapon features an instantly recognizable design that helps it stand apart from the other guns in its class. While the gun is compact like other SMGs, it is massive, and there are no other weapons that share its water bottle-like magazine. A tiny barrel also adds to the gun’s odd shape, making it even more distinguishable.

The PP19 Bizon has a long history intheCall of Dutyseries. Originally planned forCall of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, the gun was scrapped, instead making its debut in 2011’sCall of Duty: Modern Warfare 3. In this game, it went by the name PP90M1. The gun then returned in 2013’sCall of Duty: Ghostsbefore going on a hiatus. It reappeared in 2019’sCall of Duty: Modern Warfarereboot, with the gun doubling as aCall of Duty: Warzoneweapon as well.

Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold Warfeatures the latest appearance of the weapon, with it once again getting a name change. While itgoes by the name Bullfrogas opposed to PP19, it looks and functions the same. The gun has a reputation of being a pea shooter, as its rounds do relatively low damage to opponents in all its multiplayer appearances. However, this is offset by a high rate of fire and pinpoint accuracy. The gun’s unique magazine also ensures players have plenty of bullets in every clip.

It will be interesting to see how the weapon holds up in battle royale gameplay or thereturning Call of DutyZombies mode. In multiplayer,Call of Duty Mobileplayers can likely expect the PP19 Bizon to control like it has in its previousCall of Dutyappearances.
