Updated on June 03, 2025, by Mehrdad Khayyat:While they don’t come with immunity against any certain condition or status effect, Water Temtems are quite strong against Earth, Fire, and Digital creatures, which makes them quite beneficial in a variety of battles.
Top-notch Water Temtems come with impressive SPATK stats. Overall, these creatures also have above-average scores when it comes to HP. Nature, Electric, and Toxic creatures are the biggest nemesis of Water Temtems.
Overall Stat: 471
Nessla is a water and electric Temtem. It has a serpent-like body with a pair of fins and a horn with blue and orange scales. Nessla has good base stats overall but lacks in defense. However, as a single form Temtem, it has a large room for growth.
The two traits possible for Nessla are Electric Synthesize, which absorbs electric damage from techniques and heals Nessla, and Hydrologist, which boosts Nessla’s water technique damage. Nessla can most likely be found in the Rice Fields or Sacred Lake areas of Cinpanku but is somewhat of a rarity.
Overall Stat: 476
Saipat is a Temtem similar to that of the Farfetch’d fromthePokemonseriesas it has a bird-like design with purple feathers and is equipped with a shell for a helmet and a piece of coral as a weapon. Saipat is both a water and melee type Temtem with a high HP stat. In addition, Saipat benefits from the Toxic Affinity trait, which allows it to greatly enhance the Toxin techniques it learns.
Saipat’s other trait, Amphibian, grants it an SPD and ATK boost when hit with a water technique. Saipat is another single form Temtem and is scattered all across the world of Airborne Archipelago. Players will most commonly run into one in Deniz in areas like Gifted Bridges and the Presine Coast, which is easily reached byfast travel.
Overall Stat: 446
Kalabyss has a squid-like body similar to the TentacoolPokemon. It’s colored in a mixture of black and white patterns across its body with two giant tentacles on both sides. Kalabyss is the evolved form of Kalazu and has high base HP, ATK, and DEF stats. Even further, both of the traits that Kalabyss can take advantage of prevent harmful effects and punishes certain enemies from attacking.
The Toxic Skin trait makes it so that any rival Temtem that attacks Kalabyss with physical damage is afflicted with poison, while the Mucous trait protects Kalabyss from electric and toxin damage, reducing it by thirty percent as well as preventing Burn and Cold status effects. Unfortunately, Kalabyss can only be found in Tucma in the Gardens of Aztlan and Xolot Resovoir. Players may want to search for a Kaluza instead, which is much more common.
Overall Stat: 462
Platimous is possibly the only Temtem whose design matches its name perfectly. Being a water and toxic type Temtem, Platimous has a bird-like body with blue and white feathers and a black duck bill, much like a platypus.
In addition, Platimous has extremely high SPATK and SPD stats that can be protected with the Determined Trait, which prevents negative stat effects from being placed on Platimous. Platimous is the third evolutionary step in Platpet’s chain and can be found in Dabmis’ Rest in Deniz.
Overall Stat: 469
Ukama is a pure water Temtem; it has very high STA and SPD stats with an overall above-average SPATK stat. Ukama is the evolved form of Umishi and has a unique design almost similar to a seahorse. It has dark blue skin, bright green eyes, and two horns sticking out of its head.
As one of the fastest water Temtem when paired with the Plethoric trait, which boosts its speed when above seventy percent health, Ukama would do well with an aggressive team in mind. While Ukama is a common find, it only shows up in one area inTemtem;players should search the Kakama Cenote in Tucma.
Overall Stat: 474
Putting ATK (40) and DEF (50) aside, Wiplump features promising stats all around. It comes with an SPATK score of 88, which is the strongest aspect of Wiplump. STA (80) and SPDEF (80) are other strong stats of this Temtem.
Originating from Water and Wind types, Wiplump features Plethoric and Patient traits, none of which are exclusive. Plethoric grants a 30% SPD boost as long as Wiplump’s HP is 70% or above. Patient, on the other hand, restores 15% of max STA if the creature uses a technique that has a Hold characteristic.
3Piraniant
Overall Stat: 482
Piraniant performs strongly in battles with significant HP (90), ATK (79), and DEF (85) ratings, while making sure none of the weaker stats falls below 50. Despite being an evolution, players have a chance to find Piraniant in the wilderness too, though the drop rate is only 10%.
Possessing the Patient trait, Piraniant players are suggested to use techniques with the Hold aspect, as it will restore 15% of their STA. This creature also benefits from the Energy Reserves trait that grants it bonus ATK along with the Invigorated condition for 2 turns whenever the HP drops below 45%.
2Shuine
Overall Stat: 486
Shuine benefits from both Water and Crystal characteristics, and all of its stats are above average, excluding HP. The amazing STA (90) pool allows Shuine to be quite useful in battles. The SPD (81) is also impressive for Shuine.
This creature doesn’t have any evolutions and is the result of none. So, with a drop rate of only 5%, it’s safe to say that obtaining Shuine could take a long time inTemtem. The creature is also the only owner of the Guardian trait that prevents Shuine’s ally from getting any negative stat change or being affected by Conditions such as Cold, Burned, Frozen, Doomed, and Poisoned. The other trait, Immunity, prevents Shuine itself from taking Toxic Technique damage.
1Oceara
Overall Stat: 481
Oceara is a pure water Temtem with an exceptionally high SPATK stat, having the highest base SPATK in the entire game. Its design is modeled after a four-legged animal with blue fur and a white cloud-like mane and a bushy tail.
Oceara is also a single form Temtem with a wide variety of techniques it can learn. In addition, Oceara benefits from the Hurry-wart Trait, which allows it to decrease the amount some of its techniques are on Hold.Oceara is an incredibly rare find inTemtemand can only be located in one place with a low chance of showing up. Players searching for Oceara should look around the Aquamarina Caves in Deniz.
