AEWfan Bo-Moxley420 stumbled into a funny new Danhausen easter egg that was added intoAEW Fight Foreverin a free update. While playing as Christian Cage in a ladder match against Matt Hardy, Bo-Moxley420 pulled Danhausen out from underneath the ring instead of a weapon. Danhausen used his signature taunt to curse the player and hinder the growth of momentum. This would give the opponent a slight advantage since the player will be unable toregain momentum inAEW Fight Foreverfor a short duration. Once the curse effect has lifted, the player may regain momentum by striking and grappling their opponent.

Wrestling fans are pleased with the new Danhausen easter egg in the Reddit community, and some believe it’s an ingenious way of building hype for the release of theAEW Fight Forever’snew DLC. Other fans believe Danhausen should have more curse effects in the game, including the ability to invert controls or disable counters.TheAEW Fight Forevercommunityalso believes that easter eggs and updates could encourage more players to return to the game.
