Twitter user Faysaysnay recently shared anAnimal Crossing: New Horizonsfan art that swaps the cute aesthetic for one that suitstheDungeons and Dragonsuniverse. Variants ofAnimal Crossing: New Horizonscharacters Paula, Cherry, Apollo, Blanca, Lopez, Broccolo, Wart Junior, and Cleo resemble Halsin, Karlach, Gale, Astarion, Wyll, Shadowheart, Lae’zel, and Minthara respectively. While mostBaldur’s Gate 3companions are represented in Faysaysnay’s fan art, some notably missing characters are Minsc and Jaheira. Because there are many non-companionBaldur’s Gate 3NPCs, there may be moreAnimal Crossingcrossovers to come from Faysaysnay.
Apart from the characters, theBaldur’s Gate 3logo has also been given anAnimal Crossingmakeover in Faysaysnay’s art. Beyond what was shared in the fan art, someBaldur’s Gate 3players have speculated on what animals their favorite characters would be.
